2024 Board of Directors Election

In March of 2024, three (3) Board of Directors seats are up for election. The seats are currently held by Drew Diggins, Ray Singleton and David Rossi, respectively.

For Padre Isles POA owners wanting to run for the Board, the registration period will open on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 8:00 AM Central and will close on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 5:00 PM Central.

Per the Bylaws, Board Members must be at least 18 years old and be members of the Association (own property in the PIPOA).

Association members interested in running for election are asked to please send a notice and a brief resume, along with a picture, to the Executive Director, Gary Klepperich at gary@pipoa.net. Resumes may also be mailed to the PIPOA office or dropped off at the office, located at: 14015 Fortuna Bay Dr., Corpus Christi, TX 78418.  Candidates are asked to limit content and photo to one page.

By submitting a resume, all Candidates agree to allow the PIPOA to publish the Candidate-submitted resume in a newsletter; and allow the resume to be placed on the PIPOA’s Facebook page and on the PIPOA's website. The PIPOA will not proofread resumes for grammar, spelling or punctuation prior to publication but may edit, at its discretion, the submittal to one page.
