Short-term rentals (STRs) - The next City Council meeting is Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The meeting starts at 11:30 AM, with public comment beginning approximately at Noon. If you wish to make a public comment regarding short-term rentals, the Council welcomes your comment. Short-term rentals are not on the agenda but making known the opposition to short-term rentals within the PIPOA residential zoning, RS-6, is a good idea. Remember, it is highly important to educate the City Council regarding the large number of residents in the RS-6 and their opposition to STRs. Thus, attend the meeting and state your point of view.
Bulkheads - The bulkheads continue to be repaired. If you believe there is a bulkhead problem on your property, send an email to Gary Klepperich, Executive Director, at gary@pipoa.net.
